1. Eyebrow raises

Press down just above your eyes, while also lifting your forehead. Repeat the move 10 times during a couple of weekly sessions and you’ll start to notice results in just a couple of weeks.

2. Work your Jaws

High, firm cheeks are associated with youth so this move should have you feeling and looking younger in no time. Press your upper jaw and the lower jaw against one other and release. Do this for ten times a day.

3. Neck Stretch

The neck is one of the first places to show your age. You don’t want a saggy, old neck so be sure to include a few sets of this move several times each week to fight it off. Sit down and tip your head back, close your eyes and relax. Pull your lower lip up over your upper lip, hold for a second, and then relax. Do this move at least 10 times during each set.

4. Keep your lips stimulated

Do you know how to work your lip muscles? This will help your lips not get saggy & wrinkly. Press your lips then lift the pucker up toward your nose and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times, several times each week.

5. For the perfect cheek bones

It helps get your cheeks into tip top shape in mere minutes. Start by smiling with your mouth closed. Then suck your cheeks in while holding the smile. This move isn’t the easiest one, but works wonders.

6. Blink as much as you can

Keep the area around your eyes toned and firm without doing anything other than blinking. To do the move, press gently on your temples with a couple of fingers. Then rapidly open and close your eyes five times.
